RSS2PFD converts an rss feed to a pdf document. Comes in very handy if you don't have web access in the subway on your way to work.
Another great online service to manage your news feeds is Bloglines (Richard got me started with this one). I use it to keep a consistant list of feeds instead of having to synchronise lists on several computers with different operating systems.
How do you read and organize your feeds? I'm still looking for an offline reader for my Sony P800. Any idea?
